s,so iamaying that they are calling regarding a government energy saving scheme and can save you money on your energy bills by improving your insulation/new triple glazed windows/new boiler/radiators ect.they lso promise a cash back scheme dependant on what work you carry out.however to be eligible for this scheme you only have to have less than £15000 in savings and have a credit card!!when I have enquired myself about the government schemes available you are only eligible if you are on certain benefits and we are not.they also say that they will send a surveyor out who works independently to the gov.to assess your needs.this requires a refundable(if no work is needed)charge of £299.00 plus vat.they told me that you can pay this off when you receive you "cash back"this fee is to be paid upfront,no governmeny scheme that I have enquired about has required this.
